Early Retirement

I quit.

Last night was a succession of unbearable beats. I never complain and I shouldn’t now as the math will work out but last night was just too much. The MATH ended badly with four hands taking the bad side of variance. The other two MTTs I was playing ended in even more horrific fashion. How much can one man bear?

So. I quit early. I went to bed and read a book. And it wasn’t even a poker book. I’ll unquit about seven tonight. Too much free time is already boring me.

I have so been right where you sound like you are now, Wes. Keep at it and keep making the right decisions at the tables, and as you point out the math should take care of itself over time.
