Things make sense inthe South

"There are no shades of gray in the gambling laws for South Carolina," said Mark Plowden, spokesman for Attorney General Henry McMaster. "Gambling is illegal in any form or method within state lines."

When will the Carolinas learn? Hell we in NC don't even have the lottery gig. We send our dough to Virginia mainly. I wrote a post about it long ago...
